Last night we had the Ladies Circle from Västervik visiting. Ladies Circle is a network of young female professionals working for local companies, authorities and organisations. There were 16 members from Ladies Circle attending and Carl, Sara and Alex made a full factory tour. Carl made a presentation of Ankarsrum Electric Motors with emphasis on change management and the group had a fruitful subsequent discussion related to this interesting and indeed challenging subject.
