Ankarsrum Electric Motors has now upgraded the ERP (Enterprice Resource Planning) system from Monitor G4 to the modern G5. We ran live in the new system last Friday. The core team has been Berit Jansson and Bo Hansson, but of course many people in the company have been involved. Henrik Martinsson has been the project manager from Monitor.
It feels safe that all the data has been successfully transferred from the G4 system and at the same time exciting to learn a new and more efficient way of working in G5. There are many new features to understand and be able to take advantage of in a new system. We haven’t mastered everything yet, but the journey has begun!
We are now well equipped for the future, also in terms of our ERP system.
