Scope
These Terms and Conditions apply to all sales made by Ankarsrum Electric Motors AB via www.ankarsrummotors.com.
Sales are made exclusively to business customers (B2B). By placing an order, the customer confirms that they are acting in the course of business activities.
All deliveries are governed by Orgalime S 2012.
Prices
All prices are stated in SEK and are exclusive or inclusive of VAT as specified on the website.
Payment
Payment is processed via Nexi Checkout.
Orders are processed once payment has been received.
Order Confirmation
An order confirmation will be sent by email once the order has been accepted.
Delivery
Delivery will take place no later than two (2) business days after the order confirmation has been issued.
Shipments are made on all business days.
Warranty
Warranty is valid for twelve (12) months from the date of delivery in accordance with Orgalime S 2012.
Complaints
Complaints must be submitted in writing without undue delay after the defect has been discovered.
Returns
Returns are handled in accordance with Orgalime S 2012.
Limitation of Liability
Liability is governed by the provisions of Orgalime S 2012.
